Glass Bottle Marks – Website Photo Credits
The majority of photographs posted on this site were taken by myself (David Whitten) and as such are copyrighted, according to standard US copyright law. Over the years, many other photos, particularly on the five “Glass Bottle Marks” alphabetical listings pages, have been submitted by readers. I always try to include credit (in the photo caption) to the contributor who was kind enough to share a photo with me.
A very few photos on this site were taken from ebay auction listings, and in those cases if you see a photo that was taken by you, by all means please contact me and I will be more than happy to give you credit for the picture.
I would appreciate it if writers or webmasters of other sites would please give a brief credit for the source of photos (in this case, glassbottlemarks.com) if they should copy and use any photos from this site.
NOTE: The rectangular “header” or “banner” photos that automatically show up along the top of every page on this site are pulled up at random via the WordPress software and (in most cases) will not pertain to or reflect the exact content of any particular page. These photos are “randomized” and intended only as “generic” decorative and illustrative photos. For instance, one of those photos shows glass insulators installed on a telegraph line – that photo will not imply that the article below (concerning, for example, Fenton Art Glass Company or Brockway Glass Company), made insulators, as neither one produced them.
